A very undesirable outcome that ended,on my terms, after 2.5 years of mitigation. Would not use again or recommend his services to anyone. Lacks professionalism, integrity, and honesty. Chuck took advantage of my ignorance of construction and lied to me, the city, and the courts. He made me feel physically uncomfortable on several occasions and I would not recommend him to women that are single. If your claim involves insurance, do not sign his contract. He will promise you any and everything and then upon completion do a total 180 when time to collect.
