Mama Ciminos

Ordered on Thanksgiving nite...X-Large pizza and an entree salad..Said it would take 45 min...after an hour, called and said he would be there shortly...after almost 20 minutes, I asked him why so long, and the owner that was delivering used the excuse that "We are the only ones open tonite" After closing the door on him, we noticed that the pizza was nasty and greasy, cold, and looked old..got a side salad instead of an entree salad like I ordered...Not the first time this place has failed in our eyes, buy we try to give the mom and pop places the benefit of the doubt, but we work hard for our money, but not for crap!!!!! PASS THIS ONE BY!!!!

My family and I went to the restaurant she it first opened for the day. When we walk in waiting to be seated, there's a boy playing an arcade game right by the entrance. At first, we thought he was just a customer and paid no attention to him. After five minutes of waiting, the boy playing the arcade game goes into the kitchen to tell someone customers were there. Very uprofessional.

When we were served our dinner, there was old pizza sauce from the night before still on the plates.

We took plates off a different table, which, as you guessed, were also dirty.

Horrible service.

best place to eat very reasonable great Italian food owned by the greatest person in the world if i want good food i would always choose MAMA CIMINOS any day, and the wait staff is excellent

Good food fresh and a great staff. It's a quick quiet place to grab a bit for dinner or just order and let them deliver. Excellent pizza and ribs . Best pizza in lake Geneva !!
