        State of the art equipment, one on one personal training, where all my needs and goals are put in to a well designed plan, to make help me reach my goals and make me feel good and boost my energy daily. If your not into personal training, the Zumba classes alone, can boost your confidence, your energy, and most of all add that extra smile to your day, with their instructors.
