I love being able to come here 24/7. I'm a night owl so this place is great! It's also very nice not having political news networks on the TV's at all, only sports news.

After over twenty years of working out at "The Gym", it has become part of my regular routine and 24 hour availability leaves no excuse for not excercising. A wide variety of machines and equipment offers something for everyone at a reasonable price. Judo classes are also available. A great place to get in shape, unwind and clear your head.

The trainers there are top notch...friendly and very professional. The place is clean, and looks like a gym, not a children's playground. I go there to work out so I don't need it to look like Barney's Playhouse. I like that it is accessible 24 hours a day, it is very safe because this area is so heavily policed that it is almost a joke (I know this because I have lived on this same stretch of Lapeer Road for over 30 yrs and can walk across the street to the GYM). I don't care about the color scheme or the decor or how many machines they have because I never have a problem getting a workout in, even when they are busy. I liked the GYM because it's just a community gym that is affordable to the public and not a corporate owned flashy franchise that is overpriced and trendy.
