Lake Station Gas Stop

Well all I can say is the new cashier Leanne has no clue as to what she is doing I went to mikes gas station yesterday with a coupon and to get some gas not only did she not give me what the coupon said for my cig which if she had actually read it clearly said 4 packs 3$ off she only gave me 3packs and I also asked for 6$ gas while pumping the gas I noticed it went up to 10.50$ so we went back into the gas station told her the mistake about cigs and she over charged me in gas which I paid for I said there's nothing shed do about the cigs that she did me a favor so let me ask how is it a fav that you shorted me cigarettes and over charged me in gas ????? I didn't even get an im sorry all I was told is that its my fault funny thing is I had two people next to me at the same time saying she not only messed up what we asked for but also theirs I guess next time she does me a favor ill just drive off and leave her to foot the bill on gas such a shame no body has good people skills but I guess when nothing but drunks and crack heads work for you thats as good as it will get I will never go back to this gas station !!!! All Leanne had to say was sorry and give me the fourth pack as the coupon had stated i would have paid the difference !!!!!!! And go figure a refusal to my receipt !
