        Great, professional company. Our air broke and they quickly responded and were able to quickly determine the problem.         Do not use unless you get the pricing in writing first. They quoted us one thing and charged another and didn't seem to care when we called and questioned it. That's enough for me to feel scammed

        I had a new air conditioner installed by All Zone. They came out that same morning for a quote. Later the installation was done quickly, everything appears to be orderly, and the system is running great.

        Great service, knowledgable tech, I have dealt with many service personnel with various companies over the 15 yrs in my home. I have to say I was impressed with the tech who completed my service. He appeared to know what he was doing, he told me what he was going to do before he did it, and why. He offered maintenance services with the total price before hand. He told me what he felt would be a upcoming problem, how much it would cost to replace it, warrant, etc, without pushing for a sale. Gave recommendations to keep my a/c going strong. It is now working like new again. The service call was the lowest I have ever experienced with any company, and less than half quoted by a few companies just to respond. In todays economy, peope are looking to save everywhere, and this is the company I will call when I need anything done in the future. They have earned my business. They are a member of the BBB, and super guarantee, which was a deciding factor for me.

        This company sent out a service man within a day of my request. The workman was reliable, trustworthy and the price was fair. My phone calls were answered promptly. The workmanship was done neatly and very thorough. Thanks All Zone.
