Considerably one of the best urgent fare that I have ever entered in my life! I could go on and on on how amazing this place is. Especially when you get to the doctor, you will truly feel as if they are working for you.

Normally don’t make reviews, but I had to make an exception. This place is absolutely amazing for school/sport physicals, and the other reviews that mentioned “treated like family” are absolutely true.

What I love about this place is the fast service, as well as how many services are offered. From stitches to physicals, this place has got you covered.

Amazing modern facility, and great staff. The service is very quick and efficient. On top of all of that, you feel as if you are treated as family!

I had high expectations based on the other google reviews but was quite let down. Visited Monday, April 16th around 730pm. The lady at the counter and my nurse were very nice, sympathetic and great. The doctor however was an insensitive jerk and a waste of my time and money. I paid 100 dollars with my insurance to be seen. I went in for a pinched nerve in my shoulder I had been dealing with for almost 2 months. I asked the doctor to x ray it to rule out a bonespur or other bone issue causing the pinch. He refused. I asked for some kind of medicinal relief that wasn't narcotics and would be easier on my stomach than ibuprofen. He refused and told me to take Tylenol. I then asked for a recommendation of an orthopedic specialist. He literally searched othopedic lakeland fl on google maps, printed the first page and handed it to me. What a joke. A complete waste of my time and money. Please beware of this place. I would've at least had more enjoyment from lighting a hundred dollar bill on fire and watching it burn for a minute. This is not healthcare, it's a rip off.

Took my son here back in February for a sinus infection. The list of fees on the wall of the facility indicated that the charges would be around $80 for a visit of this sort. I was told that they accepted our insurance. The doctor was nice enough. My son was diagnosed with a sinus infection and an antibiotic was prescribed. Because he had also been exposed to mono, a test was done for that and came back negative. There were no other patients at the facility that I saw...we were in & out in under 30 minutes. Well...since then, I found out that they are not in the network for our insurance which is my bad....I should have checked before going. But, they tried to file the visit under my husband's name for $181. I took the statement in and spoke with the receptionist about the error and the incorrect charge. I was told that they would fix it. Now, it's October and I'm receiving another bill for $181 office visit charge. I think this place is running a scam. Overcharging patients big time. I will never go back to this place again!

great drs great staff friendly people! plus the building is immaculate and beautiful and open 7-days 9am - 9pm
