        Poor Quality and Unprofessional

        Hands down, this is the worst company I've worked with during my extensive home remodel: not worth the $100 I saved over next lowest bid. Owner said he did final walk-through this was not merely result of one bad employee. Floors sanded poorly sliced my finger on rough "finished" floor. Created two large, noticeable holes in floor while working -- didn't bother to replace boards or fill them. Dried puddles/bubbles of stain and varnish throughout. Didn't tape off baseboards, leaving stain all over them, even though they said the baseboards would be undamaged. Splattered stain on new tile in kitchen/bath didn't clean it up right away, so now it's permanent. Said there would be no fumes--- fumes were so bad I couldn't move back in for several days. Broke door -- ripped it right off the hinges. Left house unlocked, in spite of specific, written instructions. Didn't return call about poor quality, then called my work three times the next day (2 business days after project "completion") to demand final payment.
