Country Playhouse Child Care

At first this establishment was great for my 2 year old son. Then over the summer they lost a lot of the kids his age. So, they moved him into an older age group(Ranging from 4-10). This started problems because he was only 2 and cannot sit in a classroom setting like other children that were much older than him. They started to alienate my son and treated him very badly. Finally, after I voiced my opinion about how he needed to be with children his own age and do age-appropriate activities, the owner, Carol, told me that my son needed to find somewhere else. I was extremely upset because they wrote me a nasty letter stating that he was disruptive and misbehaved. Well yeah! When you ask him to sit down on the floor for 3 hours at a time, a 2 year is going to get bored and want to move around. I was very upset and had my sister go pick him up. They had thrown all his belongings in a trash bag and placed it outside of the building. It was so disturbing. Also, Carol always smelled like cigarette smoke everyday. And while this may not bother some people, I didn't appreciate that.
