I sent a box to my family for Christmas. I was guaranteed that it would be there in time for Christmas. I found out today that it would not be there until after the first of the year. I was upset then was given the biggest line of crap. They said the delivery was only guaranteed if there was no problems and if the ship was on-time. So they only guarantee it if it works out for them. I would never use LBC again.
