The lady who took my appointment not only wrote down my name wrong even after I spelled it she also wrote down the time wrong after I repeated myself multiple times 1:00. Then to hear hairdressers and other customers making rude comments about the fact that I was late when I was not. All because the lady wrote down the time wrong not only did she not take me to do my hair she tried to push me back almost two weeks. Another stylist was kind enough to get me in on Tuesday.

Becky Bash has done my hair for ten years. She is the best hair stylist I have ever had. My daughter goes to her as well. We will never change hair stylists!

The owner, I think Nicole, made me never want to come back. She acted like doing my nails was a chore and only complained to the only other lady in there the whole time. I tried to strike up conversation with her and talking to me seemed like a bother so I stopped. I get people have bad days but they won't be getting my business again.

Bought a gift certificate for my 14 year daughter for Christmas, the staff was so kind. Great energy. My daughter had her appointment (color, cut and style) and still, to this day is thrilled with the outcome. We will be back!

The owner did my nails, she was cranky when i called, cranky when i was there and wouldn't stop complaining how tired she was. My pedicure was mediocre, it cost forty dollars and she barely rubbed my feet and my polish chipped within a master of days. The worst thing was her attitude, she made me feel like a burden and i was her last appointment and you could tell she put half the effort into it. Not to mention it took three weeks to get on, walk ins welcome isnt even true. and get hours rough to work with if you have a full time job.
