I need a new used car. I applied online for financing. I came in that night talked and did a test drive. Went home the next day with the car I wanted at a rate I could really afford. They work with you the entire process. The staff were friendly. Would buy from them again. Only downside shouldn't do test drives in snowy weather.

Very friendly, professional, and courteous people to deal with. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Had cars that were displayed on web site. Which other dealers did not. That made my car buying experience much easier and hassle free.

Since my car was totalled, I talked to and visited a few dealerships and this one by far was the best. Auto One had overall the best pricing and Paul was great. There were issues with getting the title from the previous owners because of a payout (not Auto One's fault at all) but Paul kept me updated the entire time of what was going on and everyone at the dealership did their best to get me in my new car asap. After I got my new car Paul checked in with me to make sure I was happy. This dealership is zero hassle and they aren't pushy or overbearing. They are fantastic with customer service. It was completely satisfied working with them and we will be back there to buy our cars in the future!

Adam was extremely adept at helping me clarify what my priorities were, so that he could help me find the car I really wanted. I was pleasantly surprised that my long search for a used (and yet dependable) car finally ended with a purchase I was truly delighted with. I believe that he provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and answered all my questions clearly. The only negative was the amount of time I had to spend at the dealership completing the financing process. It was much longer than I have ever experienced when purchasing cars in the past. But I was satisfied with the result, so it's not a major complaint.

My experience doesn't seem to be unique . I say this because this service I received was so effortlessly pleasant. Ely and Tonya not only handle my special needs , they took the time to make sure that it was carried through with satisfaction. I would remiss if I didn't mention the tow truck driver who brought me my car and the kindness he showed but also the mechanic who called me to address a simple question. Thank you Auto one you taken car buying to a different level. Did I mention I got a gem!!!

From the moment we arrived to check out vehicles, Adam and his team made us feel right at home allowing us test drive several cars. They gave us plenty of time and privacy to discuss which car was the best fit for our family. After we decided on a 2012 Kia Soul, Adam and his team went to work on getting us the best financing deal possible. It has been a sheer joy working with them and we will be buying our next car there.

I have zero negative things to say about our experience at Auto One. Paul and the rest of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. They knew where I wanted my monthly payments to be and they did everything to get them there. They stayed late on a Saturday to finalize the sale--even though I'm sure they just wanted to go home to their families. They explained everything very clearly, and I love my car!

My experience at Auto One was so wonderful! Ely was so helpful and kind. She sat with us while we waited for our loan approval and did all she could to make sure our needs were met. We drove away in a car that suits our needs and has enhanced our lifestyle greatly. I would recommend working with her and the dealership to find what you are looking for! We love our car!

Eric Riley totally changed our past experience buying a used car, from one of (,oh boy here we go again) ,to Why didn't we meet him before !. From start to driving home it was a pleasant visit.The vehicle was super clean and in great shape.The staff was quick and always with a smile to assist in the process.
