Brooks Brothers Group,Inc

went here with my mom one week ago. walked into store there may have been two other people in here. we did not get greeted. i was in here looking for a birthday gift for my grandmother she loves this store. one female associate finally asked if she needed to set up a fitting room i declined, since i was buying a gift. at the register things ran up more expensive then i thought. the clothes mustve been on the wrong rack. the male associate asked the female associate he did not even ask where was it and go over to the rack or anything. i decided to get one item instead of two because of the price difference he placed my item in a bag and slid it across the counter. he did not hand it to me. horrible customer service. unsure if i will return, and i have a few family memebers who love their clothes smh.
