Lci Lineberger Construction Inc

This company is currently doing construction in my gated community. They have interrupted cable and internet services several times. The supervisors when approached on correcting issues (i.e., calling the internet/cable service provider),do not seem to think that this is their responsibility. The supervisor on site on 1/4/16 was unprofessional. His response to reconnecting, incorrectly, the temporary cable thus resulting in interruption of services to multiple residents, was to drive away. While, I will never have the need to engage this company on a personal basis, as a business, they should be aware of their lack of customer service by those who interact with the residents. Customer service means just that. I pay an HOA fee which, in turn, pays for the work being performed by Lineberger. Interrupting my business (I work from home) interrupts my revenue which is unacceptable.
