We have had the privilege of serving Island County and beyond for over 36 years. Being able to help people in need is the foundation of our business.

General Info

We are a family business that takes conservation seriously. When we started in 1974, we recognized the importance of using recycle and reclaimed products. Our Storage facility was built with those standards. We use energy efficient light bulbs and our roads are a permeable surface. We offer climate-controlled units and standard units. Our climate-controlled units are on the interior of the buildings and the standard units are on the outer barrier that provides an additional buffer of insulation for the climate-controlled units without using as much energy as would be needed for heating and cooling.

We are located 8 miles north of the Clinton ferry. Make a right on Newman Rd. and go approx 1 mile. We are on the left.
