Parents, I want to make you fully aware of physical injury which my 12 month old daughter had endure at this Kindercare location in Lanham, Md on 11/1/2016. My daughter was in her 3rd day at this center when childcare workers informed me that she mysteriously hit her head on the leg of a crib causing a huge knot on the right side of her head. The knot is blue and black with swelling. This is clearly a obvious sign of child neglect at this center. How is it possible that my child suffered this injury from a crib rail.I am not impressed with this service and I expect much more from a center that is charging $344.00 per week. Furthermore, I used to smell dirty diapers in the nursery which is a clear indication that the trash easy not being given dumped frequently. There were no toys or educational items for the kids to play with. I believe, this location should lose their license.
