Burlington Coat Factory

This store location needs to be shut down. I have shopped here from time to time over the past few years but my last experience was the worst. The service is horrible. There is no one to help you or to answer your questions, you must find things out on your own. I bought a baby crib, I took the ticket to the front and paid for it. First of all, I stood there waiting in line for at least 15 mins. I then waited another 20 mins. for the crib to come up front. I then asked for the store manager. I told her how long I had been waiting for the item that I had already paid for only to find out that the manager did not know which end was up and was no help at all. After another 5 mins my crib was brought to the front. 40 mins of my time was spent WAITING. Consumers, we must remember that our money is good everywhere. Perhaps if we refuse to shop here because of the lousy service, they will be forced to close the doors.

I think it is one of the worst Burlington's I have ever set foot in. The lines are always long, there is never enough registers open and the hired help is unbelievable. No one smiles no one never says thank you or may I help you, everyone act like they are angry. The one thing I have learned is that peolpe will ruin your business if you are not careful who you have in those important positions, because the Manager of the store does't seem to care and the cashiers definitely doesn't care, there are a lot of people in need of a job and if the cashiers and the manager doesn't want a job believe me there is someone who does.



This is out of character for me to write this review but I am tired of being on the receiving end of people who just does'nt care about the job that feeds them.





Hire someone who cares about their jobs.
