Great Lakes Air Photos, Inc.

I decided to finally get a air photo of my home. Great Lakes air photo was hired after they came to my door. My parents had their farm done by them with no problems so I decided to give it a shot. I paid $264 to get a nice framed photo of my home. They were suppose to call the day before they came out and they never did. I received my proofs and was very unhappy to see a friends truck in the driveway and my rugs drying of my front porch. I tried to get a hold of them to let them know I would like to cancel my air photo due to the fall colors were already started and I wanted a July photo done. No one would return my call and I have not received my money back. I ordered this in March and they were suppose to take the photo in July and it is now November and I am still waiting for a call or refund. Now is the time I am going to be contacting a lawyer to get some response from this company. Very unhappy with them. I paid alot of money in full and have nothing in return. Feels like I've been scammed.
