All around excellence. I’ve only done a review like this once or twice before, but Jesse was so good it wouldn’t be right not to acknowledge him. I agree with all the positive reviews about his service and demeanor. He returned my initial call to him within a couple of hours. He called ahead twice to let me know when he would be able to arrive. He arrived when he said he would. I had a dryer that needed a belt that I wasn’t able to put on. I had taken the dryer apart and put back together so I was able to a small degree to know that he was familiar with the model even though it was more than twenty years old. He thought that I had the replacement belt which I didn’t, so he gave me an estimate and went to get the belt. Even though the belt was $10 more than he thought it would be, he would have kept to the original estimate if I hadn’t said it wasn’t necessary. His price seemed completely reasonable. He was affable and had noticeably good manners. I’d recommend him without reservation - and I am not a friend or relative as one of his detractors suggested explains his good reviews. Two days later I had an electrical problem not related to the dryer. He was out to look at it within a couple of hours and had the problem fixed very quickly and again at a very reasonable charge. I was very surprised to see his few negative reviews. Those complaints were the exact opposite of my experience. Thanks, Jesse.

Stay away from this liar!!!!!!!! He is dangerous he give you bids on job 's and disappear after taking apart the project!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! You can trust that guy!!! He s name s Jess...

This person Jesse Piacine and his company Absolute Best Appliance is the worst I ever met. Those people doesn't know anything about refrigeration they are scam!!!

I would not recommend doing business with this company. Replaced my compressor on my fridge and stated a lifetime warranty on the part and one year on the labor.After five weeks the fridge was hot again. Now company states it is leaks in the coils and recommends putting a stop leak in the system. That did not work and even ruined the new compressor. Company replaced the compressor with a very old compressor that has a hard start vs the more common relay switch, (I was not home and I was not notified in advance that they were using a used part). The hard start and the stop leak was not recommended from any of the many repair persons I have spoken to since. Now ABA was to come by and check the unit and has since not returned any of my communications to them. I am now out $400.00 and having to now replace my fridge that is in worse shape now then when ABA first saw it 3 months ago. I have pics showing the hard start and the old compressor. I am upset because yes, there were leaks after ABA installed the 2nd compressor. The leaks were coming from their welds after the installation. On at least 2 areas of the line and the valve you also put on the system. I had wiped the oil off many times and the next day there was still oil dripping in the same spots. All had the same green oil, "Stop Leak" that is still coming out of the system in those 3 areas. All are areas where ABA did the connections. So in short. I am upset about the quality of the work and the lack of communication. I could have told them about the latest situation and their poor craftsmanship they left the fridge in if they had returned my communications. Hard to dispute labor quality when they do not return calls.
