I spent more than $100 here on gifts and was told that I would qualify for free shipping to send merchandise to my daughter for her birthday, a month away. I was promised that the gift would arrive well before her birthday. Bottom line is that not only did it not arrive by her birthday, but despite repeated calls, it still has not, eight weeks later. I have heard it all now - the tracking is not working, the cash register is down, the on line system is down, the order was entered incorrectly. Today I called and was told they could only retrieve records for the past two weeks and I would need to "take it up with the corporate office." They refused to assist me further (if you can argue they have assisted me at all up to this point) or to even refund my money and gave me a number for their corporate office. No name, just a number. The corporate office number was answered by a machine with a message to call back later if no one answers. No surprise, my call back later was not answered either. I am out over $100, my daughter has no gift, and the store could not care less. At a minimum, would you not expect the store to "take it up with the corporate office" for the customer? I suppose I should give the store credit for at least answering their telephone, which is more than I can say for the corporate office. Buyer beware. This store claims to sell items made from gem stones. If the store treats customers in this way, I can only wonder, now, if the items I purchased were even authentic. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
