I called them because it was the only number I could remember right after my accident. I was extremely happy I did! They returned my call within days and were also available to answer my questions'; it wasn't within 24 hours, but it was soon after. I was happy with my settlement and having someone to talk with about insurance questions.

I was pleased with Glen Lerner's office overall. The settlement took longer than I would have liked, but I did get my money in the end and the office was very nice and mostly everyone was helpful. I have never been in an accident before and I have never had another lawyer, so I'm not sure what I was supposed to expect. The bottom line is that I got my money, my car got fixed and my medical bills were paid so I could make a full recovery. That was the exact result I wanted when I went to Glen Lerner's office to begin with. What more could I ask?

I was in an accident in 11/08 - a lady ran into the back of my truck. I sustained whiplash. I went to Glen Lerner and was told to use my own insurance. I went through 3 months of physical theraphy. I provided all medical records to my GL case manager - rhonda g - to speed up the process. I tried contacting my case manager on multiple ocassions (via phone and email) to little or no avail - she would not respond and when sshe did she never answered any of my basic questions. The attorney (k huang) I was assigned never answered my phone or email inguires. Only after complainingwas I told he was no longer at the firm. A year has gone buy and I was assigned another attorney (scott g) my phone inwuires to him were not returned. Another individual contacted me and told me I had no case and theywere sending my file to me so I could work it out with the insurance company. He said because there was a 2 month lapse between the accident and physical theraphy the insurance company would not pay - it took me 6 weeks to get a appointment.
