        Overall

        This is one of the most insensitive, incompetent and money hungry group of people. My aunt lost her husband and we scheduled a viewing prior to him being cremated. The day of the viewing we called the facility to confirm location and were told that we need an appointment that we though we had. Jackie forgot to schedule it. FORGOT!!!!!! She was completely unapologetic and thought that she can fix it with refunding the money. it seemed that we were dealing with a party planner that forgot to order a punch bowl and not a funeral home. This firm is a disgrace!!!!!

        I really appreciated the kind, knowledgeable staff that I dealt with. The prices are very fair and they made this sad time at least easy.
