DONT RENT FROM VIBRANT REALTY IN LAS VEGAS NV ON SPANISH RIDGE....I received my keys before I could do walk thru....hint 1.....floor dirty walls not painted nice big 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in gated community no repairs got done they kept $300 of my security deposit after using white out over the fact they were going to only charge me $50 which was fair normal wear & tear but they got ugly wont accept certified letter or calls from my advocate helping me to sue them now for triple because deposit returned after 30 days & I tried mediation before court....

Yes we may have an area that needs to be fixed. We still move and help anyone weather your behind in rent or have past eviction, we still let you in. We care about our tenants and the future ones as well.

I'd give them less if I could. A neighbor moved out a month or so back. Well, since they've been gone our apartment has been overran with roaches. They left trash and food all over the place. You can see if from the front window by the front door. Right info the kitchen. We called and told the management several times about the issue. It is to the point where we can't cook or leave any kind of food anywhere. They don't care at all. Don't come here. They don't care about you. They don't care about a family of four across the way from me. No HVAC since august. They have not fixed it at all. They have made no attempt to fix it. Kids. 100+ degrees inside at night.

Last year the AC went out....
And now summer extreme heat is back...The AC Tech came a few days ago and said the unit is old but working. But per pic you can see I'm sitting here and its 90° inside and we have not reach the hottest part of the day. This sucks... I'm done... 0 stars they don't deserve 1
