This place is a RIP OFF and NASTY ASS MANAGEMENT TEAM GABRIELLE PROVINCE & NISHA THOMAS treats the Owners and Tenants like they are beneath them. They over charge for replacement keys and the parking rules and TOW is unfair to tenants and owners. Having rules and regulations is understood to have when you are improving a community but when those rules make it impossible to live comfortably while renting from these people is unfair. These people doesn't give a Damn how the tenants or Owners feel. Any concerns you as the tenant or Owner may have means absolutely nothing to these people. You can't speak to higher Management which is INSANE. Everything this company represent is $$ signs and its clear MANAGEMENT fuck people over because they feel like they untouchable. African American girls get a GIG along with a title and forget they human. Pretty certain they don't live in a community like this one. They really need to make some changes for the people that lives in this property. Karma is MF....

If could 0 stars I would. This place is the worst place to live. Parking is horrible. And the people there are so rude when you have a problem. If u are a home owner or just a tenant that comes home late, you will not find a parking spot close to your apartment. You have to park far which is very unconvient whether you're a owner or tenant. If you do have an issue, the people in the office treats you as if you're nothing especially the manager named Nisha. I do not recommend anyone living here and will be moving out soon. No wonder why you guys have bad reviews.

This place is the worse place to come to..... the office staff and own is a fraud.... the have rats and roaches .... They only care about the money
