        Wonderful!

        Even today on Thanksgiving Day when everyone else is closed, Best Deals answered their phone. I had a problem showing family some of the pictures I had taken from a recent trip and he was able to answer my questions and turn frustration into the pleasure that the day with family should be. The problem: a loose wire.

        Perfection!

        Came right on time, fixed my problems and a few other things that they noticed that I had failed to mention, and explained everything to me in language I could understand. Also, gave me advice about how to keep my system running problem-free in the future. Will definitely call them again!

        Superior Service!!!

        I've been a loyal customer of Best Deal Computers for over five years and have found their responsiveness to my problems to be superb. They always make time for me in their schedule and fix my problems faster than anyone else I've previously tried. They even had a loaner machine for me to use while mine was being fixed! Who else will provide that for free? BDC is highly recommended above any other shop.
