I was pleasantly surprised by Chevy's. The first thing I noticed was that the tortilla chips and salsa are made on site and are noticeably fresh. We were seated by the tortilla press and the ones I received with my steak fajitas were still warm. The portions were very generous and the sides were delicious (try the house beans!). The guacamole was some of the best I've ever had - prepared by an employee a few feet away only minutes before. Impressive for a chain restaurant!
