These people are crooks. They quoted me almost double what the dealer charged to fix my vehicle. I was a loyal customer but will NEVER go there again. BEWARE..

Poor-Fair does not even describe how BAD Louetta Automotive is. I took my car for an OIL CHANGE and surprise, surprise, they FORGOT to put the oil in my car. My engine was ruined so they replaced it with another one (not new, USED engine). During the replacement I spent a month fighting with everyone who works at Louetta. Not only are they incompetent, but they are RUDE!!! Even the president of this company, who I talked to, was RUDE! They made it seem that all of what happened was my fault and I was inconveniencing them. Once they replaced the USED engine in my car, I went to pick it up and it had a huge dent on my hood. They knew they did it and they still tried to give me my car back with the dent thinking I was not going to realize. Then, they did not want to pay for the rental car I was driving while they were "repairing" my car. It was fight after fight. Finally, when I got my car back, there were sounds I have never heard before. I took it back and they always gave me stupid explanations such as, "it is the hood and vibrates when the wind hits it". I can assure you that every time I took it there, they did something to my car, because it always had a different noise or a different problem. I wish I would have sued them. If we get enough people we might be able to sue, so if you have had the same issues with this place, put a comment. I hate to see that a business who is making money out of people by being dishonest is still in business. They are not qualified to get near a car, so PLEASE do not ever take your car to ANY LOUETTA AUTOMOTIVE!!!
