Stay away from them. I just moved in Leesburg and had a bad experienced with them.
Before making an appointment I confirmed that they do accept my insurance and PPO.
Today I received a claim saying my insurance does not cover the services they performed for one of my kid. I found that the dentist who performed the services for my daughter was not preferred doctor and now I have to pay.
Same service was performed for my son on same day was done by preferred dentist, and it is covered by my insurance.
Trust me you will get surprises from them, even the insurance covers the services doesn't mean that you will not pay for that service.
Does any one know where I can submit my case? I already talked with my insurance, they said it is my responsibility to go to preferred doctor.

I'm compelled to enter the Frey of negativism surrounding a quality dental practice that -if anything, is forthright and honest in its approach to good dental hygiene and satisfactory result. Yes the practice is high tech, yes it employs good time management to reduce patient backlogging in its clean, comfortable waiting room

It's interesting on the other very popular reviewing site the dentist seems to have the system gamed and can somehow filter all of the negative reviews, I want to be sure mine gets seen so I'll be posting here too: Okay, so this dental place is a lot like a used car sales lot. Once they get you in the door they show you all of there fancy shmancy equipment and try to talk you into a bunch of treatment you don't really need to boost their sales. I am in a family of career dentists (but they live on the other coast and I don't any more so I had to find one here). I am well aware of my dental health. Once they give you their sales spiel which is super weird and awkward as they take you into a little other "meeting" room to discuss costs and treatment options they make you feel that if you don't use them or get a second opinion that your teeth will fall out of your head on the way home. It's offensive. So, I told them I was dissatisfied with their "services" and told them I needed my x-ray's so I could find a new dentist. Guess what? Those records cost $25 per patient. So, it will cost us $50 to get out from under this snake oil salesmen type dentistry, and it is worth... every... penny! Even though my INSURANCE COMPANY paid a ton for these and I pay a ton to them. They are charging me $25 for a SINGLE EMAIL highway robbery.... I mean, really? Sure, if you had to print them and send them fine, but an EMAIL?! If I had $25 for every email I sent, boy I'd be a rich gal! I also find it offensive that they provide poor sales service (medical care should NOT be a business of sales) and you have to pay to get out of it. Feel like I just bought into a pyramid scheme. "BUYER BEWARE" you're not a patient here, since no one goes there they need some way to pay for all of that fancy equipment!
If you don't believe me, take a look at their waiting room. There is NEVER a wait....

Never felt a thing! No matter what, i am petrified of going to the dentist. Dr.Anne and her staff are patient and understanding and always treat me like a best friend. Thanks guys! I feel so much better now that my mouth is healthy again.

Honestly, one of the BEST dental experiences I have ever had. All of the staff are friendly and caring. I really felt that the doctor had my best interest at heart and recommended treatment that I needed. I have since completed the treatment and am extremely satisfied. I never thought I would actually enjoy going to the dentist but now I actually do!!

Stay away! The office is nicer looking than most dental offices, but they will try to bleed your wallet dry! I came in for a routine check up & cleaning. They take xrays, pictures of your teeth, smile, get you comfortable THEN with a smile explain that you need far more dental treatment than your reg. check up & cleaning . You see, those pictures we took of your teeth, well they're in bad shape and a regular teeth cleaning simply won't do the job.(really?!!no duh that's why I'm here) We recommend a "deep cleaning" for $564! but you only pay $164! So , i ask, am i getting my reg. cleaning or what?! We can't do that otherwise the insursance co. won't pay for 2 cleaning!! Well, i want my free cleaning that i pay insurance for....then they tell you it's for your own dental health! Well, no thank you Elite Smiles, I'm sticking to good old fashioned AMERICAN dentists where i can get an old fashioned teeth cleaning without photographic evidence of the damaged i caused to my 46 year old tea stained teeth on display on a tv screen!! Funny, they never had intention of doing the regular 6 month cleaning....
