        The Internet goes down way too frequently. about once every 5 weeks it goes down for days at a time. its very inconvenient, and they feel that they make it right by removing the internet charge for that day.
        This needs to be changed in their policy, I am on a contract, and this consistent disservice should allow us to be able to cancel and switch providers.
        Needless to say, we will done with SureWest/Consolidated Communications when this term is over
