We are located in a quiet neighborhood in suburban Lenexa, Kansas, five minutes from shopping and dining at Oak Park Mall, and near two major highways. Senior Housing: Independent Living (apartments, villas, cottages, duplexes). Multiple licensed healthcare areas, including assisted living, skilled nursing, in-home Village Care, and Medicare-certified home health care. Short-term rehabilitation services for in-patient and out-patient care, featuring a HydroWorx therapy pool. The onsite Shawnee Mission Geriatric Center, with two full-time physicians and a nurse practitioner, provides Medicare-certified service for our residents and the greater community.

DINING SERVICES Each resident is provided one meal per day in their choice of several on-campus restaurants. UTILITIES Lakeview Village furnishes water, heat, air conditioning, electricity, basic cable television, telephone service, and trash removal. MAINTENANCE We are responsible for all necessary repairs, maintenance, and replacement of property that is owned by Lakeview Village. GROUNDSKEEPING Lawn care is provided throughout the campus and for all garden cottages, duplexes, and villa homes, along with snow removal on neighborhood roads, sidewalks, and driveways. HOUSEKEEPING We provide flat laundry services weekly and housekeeping services every other week. STORAGE We furnish secure storage for personal items for each resident. 24/7 SECURITY Each residence is equipped with a 24/7 urgent response system, and residents are given a pendant to wear if they wish. TRANSPORTATION Shuttle service at 30-minute intervals to all points on campus Door-to-door bus service to scheduled, off-campus activities Scheduled shopping trips to grocery stores, pharmacies, and Oak Park Mall, for example BANKING Country Club Bank is conveniently located in the lobby of the Heritage Place building.
