Pizza Hut

I usually order from another pizza company but yesterday and last week I noticed my neighbor had ordered from pizza hut so being I prefer their pizza I tried to place an order they took my order and my address then tried to tell me they didnt deliver this area REALLY??!! The delivery guy knocked on my door and was asking if this was the address when my neighbor stepped out on his porch and whistled at him.Twice I have seen a delivery car at my neighbors!!!This angered Me but what they said next really took the cake I was put on hold and the manager got on the phone and said he talked to the general manager and get this Papa Johns owns the delivery rights to this area!!!!! WHAT???!! Being a veteran delivery driver myself for over 9 years I have never heard such b.s. it was every man for themselves every pizza company would try to dominate an area not practically suggest a rival company.especially when they are within walking distance of each other come on Pizza Hut really????

I think the mangament is great but the phone service and servers are in great need of customer service trainning. They are rude short with you and hateful. If you are fortanet enough to get a manager they know how to treat you.

the pizza is tasty, but the service is HORRIBLE!!! I would recommend calling in the order and then adding 15min to the time they give you. Not the cleanest in the world either inside!!!
