        Overall

        They have fair prices and when the universe seems to hate me, they are there to give me an honest description of what's going on and what they have to do to fix it. We've never got a "I don't know what's wrong" from them. Also we are all human and if Steffy's makes a boo boo, they pay for it to make things right. They care more about the customer than making a quick buck.
