I made an appointment to see a property and I was stood up, I had my phone on me and I called and got no answer. One hour later I tried again and got the business partner. He was a total jerk, alpha male. I felt my business didn't matter and that I was beneath them. Even if something came up technology today dictates at the very least some for communication. (You would think?) I will go with someone else since they seem to endorse poor customer service!
