Community acupuncture is a way to expand the availability of acupuncture to more people. Patients meet individually with Lynn for their initial appointment. Follow up treatments are in a small group setting. This is much like how acupuncture is practiced in Asia. This style of acupuncture allows patients to relax with the needles as long as they need to. Many people stay on average 45 minutes. Some stay more than an hour. Community acupuncture can be used to treat many conditions including: anxiety, depression, concentration issues, digestion issues, joint and muscle pain, insomnia, stress, asthma, high blood pressure, low energy, headaches, hormonal imbalances, as well as addiction and substance abuse.
