Provided by SuperpagesA few years ago I had declared bankruptcy (when they used to do that I guess) and I went in & met one of the attorneys that said he would do it for a $1000.00. I'm hoping he's no longer there, he said he was a former policeman. He chased me by phone for days "wanting to start" & finally met with him at again. Months went by, he'd never answer the phone for me so I wrote a letter to the board reporting him. I went too long without the service being done, so I had no choice but to report him. Finally after another month or so went by, he finally called & tried to make me feel guilty for making his colleague, the owner do my work for me. He said she had breast cancer & was sick & that was why my case had been prolonged. I told him that would've been something I needed to know but no one there would return my calls. Plus I informed him that I gave HIM the $$ cash to do it so why hasn't he did it. Don't give the former police officer attorney any cash or check because you're service won't be done, or at least that's what happened to me. The female attorney handled my bankruptcy case with care & like a true professional.

Immediately contact the fraud division with Lexington police and Fayette co. attorneys office, also tip line with Chanel 18 news ! John Brady is a disbarred attorney with a long criminal history. .Google John D.T.Brady ..thinks he's above the law ..his dad used to be a judge ! Charles Mills and Jennifer Vanderpool-Mills arnt who they say they were either. Charles isn't , and never was an attorney..paralegal if at best..ex Statetrooper ...lies, and more lies
I guess the good news is that they have closed the office (moving out in the middle of the night) so they won't be in business. The bad news is that they have taken all of our money with them.
These guys are awesome. I am a truck driver and have a crazy schedule. Mr. Porter and his staff worked around my schedule, at my convenience, even meeting with me on weekends. They got my bankruptcy filed quickly and handled everything in a professional manner. The garnishment that was on my check stopped within 48 hours AND they got most of the money taken before refunded! I would highly recommend them to anyone in Central Kentucky that needs a bankruptcy or anything else.
Absolutely the BEST attorneys in Lexington. I needed to be divorced fast and was looking for a reasonably priced law firm. I stumbled on their ad for $299.00 and was blown away. I came in for a Saturday appointment ad Mr. Porter drew my paperwork up while I waited, my ex husband came over and signed and we were divorced by the end of the week!!! Very professional and sweet staff and a really nice office all around. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
OMG! By far THE WORST law office in Lexington, Ky!!! They are unprepaired. They don't know anything, are never on the same accord with one another and can NEVER give you any follow up information because "They dont know" as I have been told on numerous occasions. Let me back up... when I first stepped foot in their rinky dink office, John Porter had on dirty stone washed jeans with old dry mud on the front and back. They were sagging and he had on a old t-shirt with a green blazer. 1st impression was NOT good. But because of the price, I stuck with them. It was affordable. I have been trying to get a divorce through them for MONTHS. They use a different county to file through. I was told it was used because it takes less time, than using Fayette county. BULL S***!! I have NEVER been so upset with what is supposed to be a professional place. They may be the cheapest law office in Lexingt, but dont take this lightly, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I will NEVER do business there again. I wish I would have paid one of these ofther law offices around here a higher amount for BETTER service. I wouldnt give 1 star to this place. But I had to.
