I had problems from the very beginning when Richard Meadows took over three weeks to install my new unit. The Auxillary heat never worked until I found another vendor to fix it. He had his worker come out on and off to add peron to the leaky system he installed. Later the entire system quit working. He tore the unit up and never completed the repairs on unit. Did not fulfilled the purchased labor contract. Terriable company to deal with.
