        Overall

        *BAD experience!* 3 hours late for a scheduled appointment! Not even a simple phone call from them to advise that they were running late. Two very unprofessional-looking young guys eventually rolled up to the front door 3 hours late with no manners, no apologies, only a bunch of lame ignorant excuses. One of them said: "This ain't on us. It's our manager's fault." The owner of The Improvement Company ought to do some IMPROVEMENT of his own and discharge the jokers he has currently representing him; they are giving The Improvement Company a really *BAD* reputation. The Improvement Company Lexington Columbia SC = FAIL

        Exeptional focus on detail and quality workmanship.

        The Improvement company gave me a great estimate which proved to be the overall best buy combined with courteous workmanship. I highly recommend them for any home repair or additions to improve your comfort of living.
