        I am really disappointed in the experience I had at Arby's on Nelson St in Lexington VA around 2pm 9/15/2015. I sat at the drive through with no one acknowledging me at all for at least three minutes. I had to go inside. I wasn't greeted in there immediately either. After my order was taken, the girl at the counter filled up the two teas I ordered and sat them back on the counter for me with no lids or straws. She didn't ask if I wanted any sauce, etc. There were employees wandering around doing nothing while all this was happening. When I got back to my office with my order, I discovered my tea was not sweet as I had ordered. None of this is acceptable.
