Poor Quality Cabinets + Awful Service = Deep Regret = Think Before You BuyIt has been over 4 months and My kitchen cabinet are still not been completely installed due to two reasons:1. Very Poor Quality Cabinets (see photos)2. Designer's mistakes (I do not blame Ultracraft for that)The original order was delivered on November 16, 2016 with almost half of those cabinets with serious quality issues. e.g A mailbox Wall Cabinet with unfinished sideThe Adjacent mailbox Wall Cabinet with mismatched stainCracked Inside Wall of the Cabinet with fillings in it.Some Doors with Huge Dark SpotsSome Drawers with Broken DovetailsNicks and Dings on many cabinets and doors having touch up paintsBottom of Wall Cabinet peeling offButler's Pantry Cabinets without Glass InsertsNo Toe Kit in the entire kitchenBeach White Painted Crown Molding doesn't match with Beach White Painted CabinetWhy am I complaining months later? Here is the answer:I have been working with my contractor to get this all taken care of; they reordered these bad cabinets over two months ago. They finally arrived on January 24 and I requested the installer to open up the box before taking them inside my house. Please review these photos and see the QUALITY of it; I decided to let him install the cracked cabinet but others with serious issues were taken back and the installer said it would take another 6 - 8 weeks now to complete the project. As of this moment; I do not have vent hood installed because don't have the cabinet over the Cooktop due to installer's mistake; don't have the Oven and Microwave installed because Installer messed up the panel for the Tall Oven Cabinet.On February 6, I decided to contact Ultracraft and tried to order the panel and the cabinet over the cooktop. I was aksed to work with Regional Sales Manager named, Eric Vohwinkel, who never picks up my phone and his voice mail is always full. I complained to a supervisor and then I received a call from Eric on February 7; he requested some information from me and said he would get back to me the next day but didn't. He called me at 7:00pm today and told me I will need to work with the installer to order these two parts. He also said that he will contact the installer to figure this out BUT HE TOLD ME THE SAME THING ON FEBRUARY 7 AND NEVER CALLED THE INSTALLER.IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY KITCHEN
