DO NOT LIVE HERE. I can not reinstate that enough. The rent is completely outrageous. It's around $550 for each person. So if you're in a 3 bedroom they are receiving almost $1700 a month for each apartment. I say it's outrageous because of what you get. The apartments are very small, dirty, with cheap furniture and cheap appliances. The 42" TV that comes with your apartment? It's the cheapest TV I've ever seen. No clear picture at all. The Internet NEVER works. I can not say that enough. Literally NEVER works. And they aren't doing anything about it. When you move in, it's supposed to be "flipped" that means cleaned and ready to be moved in. My experience was the complete opposite. There was trash everywhere. They never came to clean. It took 3 months for someone to come clean the carpet. And 4 months for someone to patch up the holes in the wall from the previous tenant. There is ONE maintenance man on site. So it may take weeks or months for you to get something fixed. There is trash beer bottles and dog feces all over the ground. The utilities cap is a scam. You will always go over. No doubt. The parking lot was designed by an. It's so dangerous. It's way too overpriced for what you get. Whatever you do- DO NOT LIVE HERE.
