        service writer are very rude, unprofessional! Took truck in to diagnose radiator leak and when i went to pick it up, would not start. took another day to diagnose and came back that the ecm was fried while it was in there shop. I play the lottery, but i never hit it before. $2500.00 later. what are the chances of an ecm going out when its in there shop? Not good business.

        Not the place to go if you have pets. They do not allow them in the drivers lounge and their policy is they can't be in the truck either. So we had to site inside the shop on the cold concrete floor with our 2 dogs. Luckily Paul, our tech, redeemed the place and gave us leave to stay in the truck.

        Bad policy when it's 2 degrees outside.
