        Overall

        Managers in Training Greg and Ennis were not thorough in explaining insurance coverage. we were expecting to pay $362. for a week rental end result payment came to $498. Ennis took advantage that I was rushing to get to work and over charged me for rental car insurance. Myself and my mother have rented on 3 occasions. No longer will be renting from ENTERPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
