Oscar's Cement Co

We have used Oscar;s company twice, The first job he gave us a great estimate that beat out the other two companies. It has been over 5 years for both the jobs he has done for us and the cement is still in excellent condition. We have rental properties and are getting ready to have him come out for another job. I see he has some negative reviews, but we had a positive experience and will continue to use him.

Oscars Cement is a very shady company! BEWARE if you decide to use them! Absolutely horrible to their customers. I put a deposit down and because I asked them to postpone by 1 week due to a scheduling issue they said they no longer wanted to do business with me and kept almost 800$ of my deposit. Seeking an attorney now. I have bee ripped off!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!

Had a stamped patio and other cement work done a few years ago, good work, professional, and while they were doing the work any concerns we had they were quick to make us happy. Just had our patio resealed (should be done annually but we put it off and it still looked good) came out for estimate and asked if we wanted it done that same day! We will continue to use them in the future 😊

After poring my exposed agate drive way , walkway and porch improperly the company owner told me he would replace it. This was in July 2015 . He hired another company to try and repair the crumbling that was happening in several areas. It did not solve the problem. I had to go to small claims court to recover some of my money back. The biggest disappointment was watching this man knowingly lie under oath in court. Unbelievable , shame on you !!! I have had 3 other area cement contractors look at my cement for replacement estimates . I did not say who did the work because I did not want to bias the estimate process. One of the owners told me he could already tell what company did the work , wow that said it all .If you value your money do not hire this company.

I called & scheduled appt for quote for next day @ 11a.m. Woman said they'd call when on their way. They NEVER did. I sat here all day w/my 6yr old special needs son on a rare beautiful spring day waiting. It wasn't until after 6p.m.he called saying she gave him the wrong address.That's a lie because #1 she confirmed my address, #2 she said they'd call to confirm info & when they're on their way, #3 he called after 6p.m.saying she gave the wrong info, when he just called the # he was to get the address from. He rescheduled w/my husband while I was in the car. He even confirmed our info & said he would be here around same time. Here it is 6pm the next day, same beautiful day. My son cried & begged to go to the park & go get ice cream but I couldn't leave because we HAVE to get this done. I called the number he had called from...NO ANSWER! Big surprise there.I left him message "thanking" him for the courtesy call & don't bother wasting his time as he did ours this NICE rare early spring.
