Done Right Moving

We were moving from IL to our new home in VA and hired Done Right Moving. Sharon at the office was very helpful and walked us through the whole process, provided suggestions and was the main reason why we chose them. The movers arrived as schedule and everything went as planned. It was a stress and hassle free move. Thanks again! Definitely recommended!

There are many companies that are not honest with their customers, but Done Right Moving that is not the case. They told me about all the charges right away, they did really good service and they were on time. Thank you.

Done Right Moving and Storage moved my family belongings into their storage and then to our new house. They treated our items like they were their own and took a great care of everything. I also appreciate the sales rep we got to work with Amanda for setting everything up for us. Everyone from the company was very nice and had provided my family and I with excellent customer service. We are planning on using them again when our daughter goes to college next year. I'm sure they will do a great job.

We chose done Right Moving because we did not want another disaster by a cheap moving company. The gamble paid off really well. They managed our move from IL to NC without any delay, any damage or any additional fees. Everything was planned and schedule before and they maintained the checklist really well. Eric and his crew were very nice and extremely polite. All in all, they completed the task within the allotted time and delivered all our belongings in one piece and without any damage! I have done a few moves in a past and Done Right Moving is the best. I worked with three courteous. They worked hard and were friendly, polite and fast. I had a lot of stuff to be moved and I was really worried that some of these might get damaged, broken or lost. These guys are professionals. They took great care of every single piece of my furniture, even pillows. All my stuff was intact. They were fully equipped and worked consistently and seriously. Another reason I chose this company is because of the knowledgeable sales rep Amanda who let me know the price which was more than reasonable. I had a long distance move and was afraid that it was going to cost a huge fortune. But it did not. If I would have to move again, I would definitely call Done Right Moving again!

Done Right Moving is a great moving company! From the time I scheduled the move over the phone with their sales rep to the time the movers finished the job 4 days later, they were extremely professional and careful with all of my stuff--including a big screen plasma TV and some fragile picture frames. They were also very timely and prompt. I was having them move my stuff from IL to TN. These movers were very accommodating because after I had them set up the furniture and considered where I wanted each piece initially, they were ok with moving the furniture to new locations before leaving.

I was extremely skeptical about using movers as I had heard some horror stories. I moved from IL to AZ. Sharon from Done Right Moving showed up a few weeks before my move and gave me an estimate, I thought the estimate was very fair as I had done research before and these guys were the most reasonable. I wasn't able to be there for the initial pick up from IL so I had my family there with the guys. Eric and his crew showed up on time, and definitely knew their job. Thank you guys for all great job!

We had our floors refinished and Done Right Moving moved our furniture out to their storage facility. Wilmer and his crew who moved the furniture out did a great job in a chaotic situation (floor refinishers working while they were moving us out). They made sure everything was wrapped to stay protected in the storage. Everyone in the office at Done Right Moving was nice and helpful as well. Thank You!

Done Right Moving are the best in town! Esteban and his team who moved our household were fast, even though charging by the hour, efficient, respectful and friendly. They were careful with our belongings and with our home (walls, doors, etc.). They used blankets and wrapping to protect our furniture, and at the end, nothing was broken. We were delighted and I highly recommend.

Done Right Moving helped us move our big stuff from our last apartment into our first house and were amazing throughout the whole process. The apartment was on the second floor of a walk up with a tight turn and they managed to get all of our furniture down without scratching a thing or banging up the walls. The guys literally ran from the truck up to the apartment for the next load and completely secured all of our belongings in the truck. At the house they quickly unpacked the truck and place everything where I asked. Additionally, the estimate they gave me for how long the move would take was dead on so there were no financial surprises at the end. I would definitely use Done Right Moving again!
