Chili's Grill & Bar

Well first of all the wait was quite long. OK fine I can deal with that. When I did get a table I had a waitress come to the table that acted like she was on crack. So I ordered my glass of wine. It took a while for appetizer to come out. Not an issue. They were busy. I ordered the steak and salmon (steak med rare) and the steak was burnt and the waiter still served it to me. Of course it took him some time to return to the table and by that time I was nearly done with my dinner. The entire time I was eating dinner there were people waiting for a table standing in the dining area watching me eat my dinner. Not the best case scenario. I asked for another steak which never came out until I spoke to the manager. She was very nice and did comp my dinner. This wasn't necessary in my mind. Was not what I was looking for. First don't serve a burnt steak and second I do not like an audience while I'm eating dinner. Ordered dessert to go and after 20 minutes had to flag someone down to get it.
