        Overall

        MVP is amazing. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoy working out. I look forward to my class each day and feel a little lost on days I do not have class. I have really toned up, slimmed down, and had fun doing it. The classes are tough but fun and motivational. I have made some great friends and learned a great deal about fitness and nutrition. I would not give up my classes with Mark for anything and I recommend MVP to any one - whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, or if you are already in shape and want that extra challenge.
