On the weekend starting April 20th, Bale Chevrolet ran a promotion that led thousands of people to believe that they had won $25,000, or one of three subsidiary prizes, an MS Surface Studio, a Virtual Reality system or a Nintendo device. The fine print said that the $25K prize was a scratch off chance at the Grand Prize but that everyone would get a $25 restaurant coupon. It was silent as to the subsidiary prizes. When I arrived, there were about 60 people, most waiting in line, the rest at tables with car salespeople recording all their personal data. Turns out that the subsidiary prizes were only one each also, having to mach a special number. I left, stating that I wouldn't return to such a deceptive, dishonest business. A salesman guffawed after me, "We're going to make millions off you people. Just look at the crowd." He didn't even have to add, "Suckers!"

I bought my certified 2007 Tahoe here in January 2011. I called around asking for specifics and their salesman was really the only one who stayed on top of my search and found THE truck for me. I love it and will not be buying from anyone else, ever! The service department ROCKS! Thanks Ben for looking out for me just recently! I highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a new car go to Bale on Chenal! And if you are looking for the best of the best service department to keep your vehicle in great shape , only go to Bale!

Do NOT trust this dealership. 18 months ago I purchased a 2010 Ford Focus at Bale Kia. The car was 1 year old with 16K miles and it had a clean CarFax report. I tried to inspect the care very carefully but focused my attention to the outside. I was assured by Bale that they would not put a used car on their lot that had been wrecked. I recently took the car to a Ford dealer I hadn't been to previously for servicing. The service writer asked me if the car had been wrecked. I told him not to my knowledge. He then showed me irregularities on the inside of the drivers door. I missed these items. It's obvious the drivers door has been has been repainted. I'm taking the car to a body shop to be inspected for integrity. Any used car you are considering buying take it to a bodyshop for inspection.

I've lived in LR for 20 years and just purchased my 6th vehicle from Bale. Here's my formula: do some research, know what you want, have an idea what you want (money-wise) for your trade, negotiate with reasonable expectations, leave happy. Plus the service department is efficient and effective. Service Manager Paul Wilkerson will make certain you are satisfied with the results, and his staff.

took 3 weeks to get keys other than the valet key, misrepresented payment date, and tag is due tomorrow and still haven't received the title or the check for the taxes on the vehical, constantly getting voice mail and the run around.

We purchased our Chevrolet from Bale in September. By January I had to take it in to get it looked at. Here is where Bale won us over. Even though the Chevrolet company had decided--due to frequent problems with this particular part--they would no longer cover it on the drive train warranty, the case manager for my auto repair, managed to get an override, and covered it anyway. They stand by their mission for excellent customer service, and are vigilant about it.

I purchased my first Chevrolet from Bale in 1962 and have been with them ever since. The sales staff has always been courteous. I have purchase three vehicles from Rod Wehrli since 1997 and he has always listened to what I wanted in a pickup truck and did his best to find it. The main reason that I have stayed with Bale is there Service Department. It is second to none. Paul Wilkerson and the Service Staff have always been courteous. I know that when I take my Truck in for service it will be done properly. I have a 3/4 Ton Silverado Duramax Diesel, they keep up with my tire rotation, the service that needs to be preformed at the different intervals and if the mechanic finds that something like a belt or radiator hose needs to be replaced they bring it to my attention. After my Trucks go out of warranty, I continue to get my truck serviced at Bale because I know it will be done wright with the proper parts. As they say " You can trust Bale".
