The first impression when you walk in is how clean the facility is. Never smells like a dirty dog. I have been going to Briarwood for over 15 years. They have always shown above and beyond care for all my furbabies. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Hale helped a lot in helping with my senior boxer, who after x-rays was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. After change of diet and adding Rimadyl and Glycoflex she has started acting like a younger dog all over again. I could not be more happy with the staff and care of my baby.
Horrible service. Dr. Hale should have his license revoked.
Took my sick cat to this clinic. They ran a bunch of useless tests yet could not diagnose the problem. Cost us 450$ for NOTHING. They didn't even bother to weigh my cat to determine the correct dosage of antibiotics (which were prescribed just in case... in case of what, if no diagnosis was clear ?)
A week after the visit my cat's health started to decline even more and I had to take him to emergency clinic. Thank God, that they were able to diagnose the problem and treat him.
Shame!
I know that vets, such as Dr. Hale care about money so much that they forget to actually help sick animals.

Dr. Hale saw my kitten immediately even though I didn't have an appointment. He was so friendly and informative, as well as gentle and great with my kitten. The whole staff was. I was very impressed.

I had just moved to Little Rock and my beloved best friend, my Saint Bernard named Kansas, was very sick. I figured she had pyometra. She's 10 years old, so I knew it was imperative to have a good vet because that's an older age for a Saint. I looked everywhere on the Internet for vets reading every review I could. The review that swayed me to choose Dr. Ashley at Briarwood is the one here written by tw2crc. Her words told me I'd be in the best hands possible. It was such a hard decision to make to go through with surgery and I cried, but Dr. Ashley saved my dog's life! Kansas is so healthy and looks so good! I am so proud and happy that I made the decision to choose Briarwood and I want to thank the staff and Dr. Ashley so much.

I love Briarwood Animal Hospital! The staff is so caring & helpful. They are always flexible & willing to offer assistance. It is just such a friendly place!
Dr Ashley Mounts truly excels! I don't know what we'd do if we had to move & leave her behind! We've moved a lot & never thought much about having to find a new vet (she's our 5th)... until now.
She really fights for the health of your pet. She has saved not one but two of our aging dogs from pending euthanasia by being willing to try all angles & investigate even the small possibilities. She really goes the EXTRA mile! And I know she absolutely cares.
I trust this animal clinic & their doctors & staff completely! And would never go anywhere else in Little Rock!
