        the new balance store

        I was impressed by the service I got the first time I went to the store. I am now a repeat customer because they know a lot about fitting. The fitting and the customer service are the biggest reasons why I didn't go online to shop and sometimes when I go in there they are covered up but stay there because it is worth the wait.

        POOR Service by Scott

        I purchased a pair of shoes from the store on Cantrell in Little Rock and had a few questions. After the purchase I had to deal with Scott. I don't know who Scott is, but he is rude, smug, and obnoxious. I would recommend trying on New Balance shoes in the store and purchasing online as shipping is free from the New Balance website. The salesperson I originally dealt with was great.
