Overall

Horrible for us s Seller ! This appraiser ignored the comparable homes, gave an appraisal lower than any of the realtors could have imagined and they were shocked. So selling our home cost us to lose $9500 because of this appraiser. I am sure the buyers are thrilled because they got a really good bargain on that house!
